Pragmatic, step-by-step procedures for operating the celestial- intelligence platform. Each runbook owns one task and has been used at least once in anger.

Deploy + topology

• Deployment topology — who serves what at which URL, source-of-truth ssmod paths, promotion ladder from dev → prod.
• Lens deploy — push the design gallery to Cloudflare Pages.
• Scribe newswatch on Hetzner — the ADR-008 Phase 4 pattern for ingest workers.

Recovery + diagnostics

• sf-unstick — recover stuck Starflow runs.
• Starflow-server state snapshot — the 2026-05-13 dump that anchors current understanding of edge/runner state propagation.

Onboarding + setup

• Provider onboarding — add a new infrastructure provider’s API token to the vault so ss state refresh stops skipping.
• Publish schemas — push the public JSON schemas to schema.celestialintelligence.co.

Monitoring

• Uptime — synthetic monitors + alert routes.
• Budget alerts — Cloudflare + Supabase spend ceilings.
• Dashboard security headers — HSTS, CSP, XFO sourcing + rollout.
